In this edition of the MBA’s Hot Topic Series, attorney Trey Jones of the Brunini Law Firm will discuss President Biden’s COVID-19 Action Plan and its impact on banks. The OSHA requirement that employers with 100 or more employees have a fully vaccinated workforce or test employees weekly for COVID-19, as well as President Biden’s executive order mandating vaccinations for federal contractors will be reviewed and discussed.  We will also include a roundtable discussion in breakout rooms to talk through what was discussed.

About the Speaker

Trey Jones joined the Brunini Firm in 1999 after serving as law clerk for the United States District Court, Southern District of Mississippi.
