Our Presenters:
DAWN KINCAID
Dawn began her banking career working for a community bank, while attending The Ohio State University. She has nearly 15 years of experience in client service, operations, information technology, administrative and board relations, marketing and compliance. Most recently Dawn served as the Senior Vice President of Bank Operations for a central-Ohio based community bank, where she created and refined the bank’s policies and procedures, conducted self-audits and risk assessments, and organized implementation of new products and services. She has served in the roles of Compliance, BSA/AML, CRA, Privacy and Security Officer and led training initiatives, prepared due diligence information for and completed a variety of regulatory applications and coordinated internal and external audits and exams.
KEITH E. MONSON
Keith Monson serves as CSI’s chief risk officer. In this role, Monson maintains an enterprise-wide compliance framework for risk assessment and reporting, as well as other key components of CSI’s corporate compliance program. With over 30 years of banking experience, he has a wide range of experience in the compliance arena, having served as a chief compliance officer for both large and small financial institutions. His experience also includes assisting financial institutions as a compliance consultant and most recently as a chief risk officer. Keith also served as a Chairman of the CRCM Advisory Board and was a former member of the Certification Council for the Institute of Certified Bankers. In addition, he recently served as the Co-Chairman of the Enterprise Risk Management Working Group and has written for and served as the Chairman of the Editorial Advisory Board – Bank Compliance Magazine and was a past member of the Compliance Executive Committee and the Regulatory Compliance Conference Advisory Committee for the American Bankers Association. Keith graduated from Truman State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
PATTI JOYNER
Joyner founded Financial Solutions in 1990 to provide community financial institutions with an effective solution for the ever increasing need for cost-effective regulatory risk management. The company continues to be a very fulfilling entrepreneurial adventure for Joyner. She performs compliance reviews, in-house training session, compliance policy and procedure development and other special projects for community bank clients that want a little extra support from time to time. Joyner brings to her clients over 35 years of banking experience. She worked her way through college in banking and after graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Accounting, she returned to banking after a couple of years in communications.

Registration fees include instruction, refreshment breaks and lunch. Hotel Reservations are NOT included in registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
Full registration fees will be refunded if a cancellation is received on or before Sept. 20, 2022. After that date, a $50 processing fee will be retained. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made the day of the conference. Substitutions are welcome at no charge.

Conference will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Flowood. Please call (601) 936-4550 to make reservations. Please reference the Mississippi Bankers Association when making your reservation to get the special rate of $169 until September 6. The attendee is responsible for room payment including taxes and expenses.

Dress for the workshop is business casual. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket in the instance the room is cool. Registration will begin at 8:30 am on Tuesday, September 27.
