Speakers:

Mike Burke

Mike Burke is a veteran law enforcement professional with experience in criminal justice instruction, homeland security and fraud investigation. He guides SHAZAM clients to enhance their security measures and ensure regulatory compliance.

Steve Chiavarone

Steve Chiavarone is responsible for portfolio management and research in the global asset allocation area and is a portfolio manager of Federated Hermes Global Allocation Fund as well as Federated Hermes Engagement Portfolios. Steve is responsible for the formulation of Federated Hermes’ views on the economy, the financial markets and the fi rm’s investment positioning strategies as a member of both the Macro Economic Policy and the PRISM® Asset Allocation committees.  Steve is also responsible for bringing macroeconomic, investment strategy and product knowledge directly to clients in collaboration with the sales team.

He joined Federated Hermes in 2007 and has more than 15 years of industry experience. He previously worked at U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management as a project manager in the Office of the Investment Management COO.

Chris Holtzclaw

In his role as Chief Fiduciary Officer, Chris works with trust administrators and investment officers in Argent Trust’s western region, which includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas, leading coordination with the wealth management division to ensure customers’ needs are met while maintaining profitability and adherence to regulations. Previously, Chris served as Corporate Counsel for Argent Financial Group, Inc. and Trust Officer in the Ruston, Louisiana office of Argent Trust Company. As Corporate Counsel, Chris provided legal support to the Argent family of companies.

Ashley Ilardo

Regional Director and Vice President Ashley Ilardo works with teams across the Global Client Group to deliver outstanding client experiences through Dimensional's specialty groups and communities. She is the leader of Dimensional's Women and Wealth Community, Dimensional's largest client community, which brings together advisors to better support women investors across different demographics and life stages. She also serves as Chair of the firm's Women's Inclusion Network.

In her career at Dimensional, Ashley has worked with some of Dimensional's largest and most complex client relationships as part of the Enterprise and Bank Trust Groups.

Prior to joining Dimensional, Ashley was an investment executive at National Securities, where she established and maintained relationships with high-net-worth individuals. She holds an MS in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in mathematics and economics from Adelphi University.

Tim Keehan
Timothy E. Keehan is Vice President & Senior Counsel at the American Bankers Association.  He works in the areas of trust and wealth management, fiduciary activities, investment funds and advice, and ERISA.  Prior to joining ABA in 2011, Tim was a Partner in the Banking and Finance Group at Mayer Brown LLP and a Partner in the Financial Regulatory Group at Latham & Watkins LLP. 

Tim received a B.A. in Government & Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia (1984), a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (1987) and an M.A. in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary (1995).

William Ray
William Ray has practiced law at the firm for over thirty years.  His practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, including representation of banks, securities brokers, financial advisors, insurance companies, and fiduciaries.  William has served as lead counsel in defending class actions in Mississippi and elsewhere.  

William has also served as a securities arbitrator for FINRA, and obtained his mediator certification from the Duke University Private Adjudication Center in 2002.  He was appointed by the Mississippi Secretary of State to the task force that drafted the current version of the Mississippi Securities Act, and served as chair of that task force's subcommittee on fraud and civil liability.

Cancellation Policy
Full registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received on or before October 27, 2022.  After that date, a $50 processing fee will be retained.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations made the day of the conference.  Substitutions are welcome at no extra charge.
