Mississippi Bank Branch Updates
Banks across the state are closely reviewing their operations and updating how they operate to best protect their customers, employees, and the community they serve. We are compiling the branch updates below as we are aware of them. Check back often as this will likely be an ever-evolving and fluid list during this challenging situation as banks search for the best way to serve their customers and protect the health of everyone involved. 

BancorpSouth  -  Drive-thru service only and lobby by appointment as of March 20, 2020. 

Bank of Anguilla  -  Restricting public access to lobbies beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

Bank of Benoit  -  Restricted lobby access; drive-thru open; other business conducted by appointment as needed.

Bank of Brookhaven  -  Lobby access restricted to appointments only as of Monday, March 23, 2020. 

Bank of Commerce  -  Lobby access restricted; transactions handled at drive-thru.  

Bank of Forest  -  Lobby access restricted. 

Bank of Franklin  -  Lobby access restricted to appointments beginning March 23, 2020. 

Bank of Holly Springs  -  Lobby access restricted to appointments only. 

Bank of Kilmichael  -  Lobby access is appointment only. Drive-thru, ATMs, etc, regular hours. 

Bank of Morton  -  Lobby access restricted; drive-thru for all transactions beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

Bank of Wiggins  -  Operating as normal as of March 20, 2020.

Bank of Winona  -  Lobby by appointment only, post health screening. Drive-thru and hours remain the same. 

Bank of Yazoo  -  Drive-thru access only effective March 20, 2020.

BankFirst  -  Lobbies restricted to appointment only as of March 23, 2020. 

BankPlus  -  Effective March 20, 2020, all branches will be drive-thru service only. Regular lobby access restricted. 

BNA Bank  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment only as of March 20, 2020.  Modified staff. 

Cadence Bank  -  Lobby access by appointment; drive-thru access for all other transactions. 

Citizens Bank, Byhalia  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment only; drive-thru for other transactions.

Citizens Bank, Columbia  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment only; drive-thru for other transactions.

The Citizens Bank, Philadelphia  -  Lobby access restricted at branches with drive-thru option. One customer at a time at other branches. 

Citizens Bank and Trust  -  Lobby access by appointment only; drive-thru access for all other transactions. 

Cleveland State Bank  -  Lobbies by appointment only starting March 20, 2020. 

Commerce Bank  -  Operating as normal. 

Commercial Bank  -  Lobby access restricted; drive-thru where an option. 2 customer limit at locations with no drive-thru. 

Community Bank  -  Restricted lobby access beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

Community Spirit Bank  -  Lobby access by appointment only. 

Concordia Bank  -  Lobby access by appointment; drive-thru access for all other transactions. 

Copiah Bank  -  Limiting lobby access at all locations to 2 customers and maintaining 6 feet distance between people

Covington County Bank  -  Lobby access restricted; drive-thru for other transactions

Farmers and Merchants Bank  -  Lobby access restricted; drive-thru access with extended hours 8 to 6 beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

The First, ANBA  -  Lobby access by appointment; drive-thru for other transactions. 

First American National Bank  -  Operating as normal; 6 ft space required between customers. 

First Bank  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment only beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

First Choice Bank  -  Restricting lobby access to appointment only; drive-thru access as of March 20, 2020. 

First Commercial Bank  -  Southhaven and Oxford branches lobby access by appointment only starting Monday, March 23; no change to Ridgeland and Jackson branches yet.

First Federal Savings and Loan, Aberdeen  -  Restricting lobby access beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

First National Bank, Clarksdale  -  Lobby restricted to appointment only; drive-thru for all other transactions. 

First Southern Bank  -  Lobby access by appointment for loan customers. Drive-thru for other transactions beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

First State Bank, Holly Springs  -  Lobby access restricted. 

First State Bank, Waynesboro  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment only; transactions redirected to drive-thru. 

FNB Oxford  -  Restricted lobby access. No Saturday banking. 

FNB Picayune  -  Restricted lobby access; by appointment only. Drive-thru access for other transactions. 

Great Southern Bank  -  Lobby access by appointment only beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020. 

Guaranty Bank and Trust  -  Lobby access by appointment only. 

Hancock Whitney  -  Some locations still full service; some restricted lobby access and drive-thru only. 

Holmes County Bank  -  Lobbies by appointment only; drive-thru for all other transactions; business customers at designated times. 

Home Bank  -  Restricting lobby access to appointment only; drive-thru for other transactions. Special shifts and cleanings starting Monday, March 23, 2020. 

M&M Bank (Merchants and Marine)  -  Restricting access to all branch lobbies until further notice 

Magnolia State Bank  -  Restricting lobby access and directing customers to drive-thru beginning March 20, 2020. 

Mechanics Bank  -  Drive-thru service and lobby by appointment only as of March 20, 2020. 

Merchants and Planters Bank  -  Drive-thru facilities open for all transactions; lobbies open by appointment. 

OmniBank  -  Operating as normal. 

Oxford University Bank  -  Lobby restricted to appointments; drive-thru for other transactions. 

Planters Bank  -  Lobby access by appointment as needed, beginning March 20, 2020. 

Peoples Bank & Trust  -  Lobby access by appointment; drive-thru for other transactions. 

Peoples Bank, Biloxi  -  Lobby access restricted

Peoples Bank, Mendenhall  -  Drive-thru access only; Richland branch offering curbside service. 

Peoples Bank, Ripley  -  Lobby access restricted. 

Pike National Bank  -  Broadway branch fully restricted; other branches drive-thru only with lobby by appointment. 

Planters Bank & Trust Co.  -  Lobby access limited to appointment only; drive-thru for other transactions. 

PriorityOne Bank  -  Restricting lobby access beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. 

Regions  -  Lobby access by appointment only effective March 19, 2020. Drive-thru regular hours. 

Renasant Bank  -  Drive-thru for all transactions. Lobby access restricted. 

Richton Bank and Trust  -  Limiting number of customers in lobby at one time. Operating as normal otherwise. 

RiverHills Bank  -  Drive-thru transactions and lobby by appointment only as of March 20, 2020. 

Southern Bancorp  -  Temporarily suspending lobby access

State Bank and Trust  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment only.

Sycamore Bank  -  Lobby access restricted; drive-thru for all other transactions. 

Trustmark  -  Most branches drive-thru with lobbies appointment only starting March 23, 2020. Select branches full service still. 

United MS Bank  -  Lobby access restricted to appointment as needed.
